Refund and Returns Policy Overview

Before ordering, please review the size charts for apparel items at the bottom of the product pages items and order your size carefully. All sales are final, and there are no returns or exchanges for different sizes.

If a product received is defective or damaged, we will replace it with the same product and size at no charge. Please retain the original packaging, take photos of the damaged packaging and product, and email to support@osprint.com with your order number and contact information. We will reply or contact you with further instructions and a return shipping label.

If an item is out of stock at the time the replacement is requested, we will attempt to provide a similar replacement or let you know when the product will be back in stock.

Refunds

All sales are final. There are no refunds except in the event that you receive a damaged or defective product, and we cannot provide a replacement within a reasonable timeframe.

Shipping Returns

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must first contact us to receive a return authorization number. Mark the package or label with the RA#, then mail or ship your product to:
