Ordering and Shipping Information

Please take care when ordering apparel items to select the correct size. All apparel items have a size chart below the product for your reference. All sales are final, and there are no returns or exchanges for different apparel sizes. If you have experienced a lost shipment or have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us for further instructions. Do not return damaged or defective products without a return authorization number.

Orders are shipped from Laguna Hills, CA. In stock items will be shipped within 1-2 business days of placing your order. If an item is on backorder, and if the estimated arrival date is not listed, you will be notified of the estimated ship date, and a shipping notification will be sent when the order is shipped.

Standard ground shipping time is approximately 2 to 5 business days after the date of shipment, depending on the destination. Please allow a total of 3 to 7 business days from your order for delivery of in-stock items. If you pay for expedited shipping, we prioritize in-stock orders to ship within 1 business day. For next day air, you should receive your order within 2 business days, and for 2-day air you should receive your order within 3 business days of placing your order. We only ship to U.S. addresses.

We hold orders with pre-paid shipping until all items in the order are ready to ship. If you are ordering backordered items together with in-stock items, that may delay your shipment. If you require a partial delivery of the in-stock item, you may order it separately or contact us to request a split shipment, which may add to your shipping cost. If the estimated delivery date is not shown for any reason, please contact us if you would like an ETA before or after placing an order.
